Dario Salvi is a Scottish-Italian orchestral conductor, musicologist and researcher, specialised in the restoration and performance of rare works. 

Salvi has conducted across Europe, the Middle East and the USA, where he debuted at Carnegie Hall in 2018. He a busy recording artist with Naxos, and is currently recording 10 volumes of music by Auber as well as CDs by Meyerbeer, Strauss, Humperdinck, Adam, von Suppe, Marschner and many others.
